Shipping INFO
After all orders are shipped, the system will send corresponding email notifications with tracking numbers and tracking links. Order processing time is 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. If the product is out of stock or sold during peak season, it may take more time. We will notify you by email. We hope that every order product can be delivered to customers in time.
USA Delivery
We offer free standard delivery to USA (5-12 days) or express delivery for $10 USD (3-7 days). Orders are sent via UPS courier service, tracked. You can order directly from this website. Our prices include USA duty and taxes.
Canada Delivery
We offer free standard delivery to Canada (5-12 days) or express delivery for $15 CAD (3-7 days). Orders are sent via UPS courier service, tracked. You can order directly from this website. Our prices include Canadian duty and taxes.
UK Delivery
For delivery to UK addresses, we offer free standard delivery (7-12 working days), or 3-7 days Delivery for ￡4.95 (excluding weekends). We send via Royal Mail, and via UPS courier service. All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same working day, dependent on stock availability.
Europe Delivery
Delivery throughout Europe is free for standard delivery (5-10 days) or ￡10 GBP for express delivery (3-6 days). Orders are sent via tracked UPS courier service. Our prices include all EU duties and taxes.
Rest of the world Delivery
Delivery throughout the rest of the world is ￡15 for Post Office (7-15 days) or ￡25 for UPS Express (5-7 days).
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME FOR THE DELIVERY?
Our couriers will attempt to deliver to you in the specified delivery time. If no one is available to accept your order, they will re attempt to deliver on the following day and also leave a contact card through your door. You can contact them to re arrange delivery when it suits you best, or collect from a local depot too.
CAN I LEAVE SPECIFIC DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS, JUST IN CASE I’M NOT HOME?
You may leave specific delivery instructions for the driver, for us to put on your parcel and to notify the courier e.g. please leave with a neighbour, or please leave in the garage or porch, or please leave at reception. Please write this in the notes section at the checkout or email us separately. We can also deliver to another address e.g. work address or friend or family member’s address.
