About Returns

We hope that you will find the product you order absolutely perfect. However for whatever reason, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, free of charge, for an exchange or full refund, not including your original postage costs. Products need to be returned within 10 days of purchase, in an unused condition. We provide a free tracked returns label with all orders via Mail post, so simply put this on the outside of the parcel and send it back to us.The return info will sent to your email when we start to run your returen request.

And include a filled out returns label inside of the parcel, or a note including your name, address and telephone number, and what you require to happen and why.

Free Returns (USA, Canadian and European Customers)

You may also return your products to us free of charge, for an exchange or full refund, including original postage costs. Please return within 7 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. Please email us and we will send you a free UPS returns label. Please include a filled out returns label inside of the parcel, or a note including your name, address and telephone number, and what you require to happen and why.

Returns (rest of the world)

You can return your order within 90 days of purchase, in an unworn condition. We do not offer free returns worldwide, so you will need to pay for returns postage. You can return your order however you choose. We will provide an exchange or full refund, not including your original postage costs, not including returns postage.

IF I PURCHASE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, CAN IT BE RETURNED AFTER CHRISTMAS IF NOT SUITABLE?
Absolutely. You, or the recipient, can return the gift to us after Christmas if it is unsuitable, for an exchange or refund. Please return Christmas gifts by the end of January.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please return it to us within 10 days of purchase, in an unworn condition, and we will happily exchange or refund you, at the price you paid for it not including original postage costs.

You can exchange for another size, or a completely different style. Just fill out the returns form. If there is a difference in price, make sure that your telephone number is included on the returns form, and we will phone you to take payment for the difference, or we’ll refund your original payment card for the difference if it is lower.

For exchanges, we offer free returns, and we will post the new product out to you free of charge also.

If you have been bought a gift by somebody else, you can return the gift to us for an exchange to another size or style. Please include your name, address and telephone number, plus the original purchaser’s details too, and make it clear what you want to do.

You do not need to phone us to notify us that you are returning a parcel for an exchange or refund. We will deal with your return as soon as we get it. Parcels usually take 5-10 days to arrive back at our warehouse once they are posted by you, and we usually deal with returns and exchanges within 3 working days from the date they are received back.
